Gallant Designs comprises of two 4th year Graphic Design students, Adam (that’s me) and Cody who currently live in the beautiful and always eventful central Iowa where we herd cattle and in our free time design t-shirts and iPhone cases that we thought may interest the wonderful people of Tumblr.
We all have our fandoms that we dedicate countless hours to, but for the most part, we came to realize that the shirts that we wanted to wear weren’t being produced for the most part, and if they were, they weren’t very cute. But then we had a revelation! Why wait around for someone else to make them, when we could do the work ourselves…we are design students after all.
Here is the first piece in a new series of assorted “School Photo” designs. The first one being Terriermon from digimon Tamers, looking all cute and sporting his winning catchphrase. You can find it as prints, t-shirts, and most importantly, the cutest throw pillow in existence, on our two stores.
Until next time,
The Mightiest, Morphin’est Kids you Know
It has been a good long time since we posted some new stuff, and a lot of that was due to life getting the better of us with work, holidays, etc, but another large chunk of it has been the fact that I have been working on this poster for the last month.
It took a lot of planning and a lot of drawing, but I am very pleased with the conclusion.
As always, prints, cases, and clothing are available on Redbubble, and Society6 (if that is more your thing).
Please let us know what you think! And I promise that we will get some more frequent updates going on.
Until next time,
DKR - Diddy Kong Racing Set 1 of 2
Here is the first part to my DKR Signature series. Here, Signature is being used literally as I had each racer sign their name to a piece of paper, which I carefully scanned and added to each snap shot. For real guys.
These are all available as iphone cases on our redbubble store, and I can make them into other things if there is interest.
Remember how much fun this game was when it came out. Don’t you want to remember each and every time you look at your phone?
Comments welcome! Always feel free to contact us through ask or whatever, and until next time! (which will be in 5 minutes when I upload the second set)
I made this hexagon thing that reminds me of those pointy toys from the 90’s that crawled around by vibrating but I have no idea what they’re called. Anyway I uploaded this to our Society6 store, it’s available as a print, an iPhone case, and iPad case, and a t-shirt!
I made some more random products !
So i know this doesn’t have anything to do with Digimon or any other show but I made this triangle design thing last night because I could not sleep and I thought I would share. I made it into an iPhone case on our Redbubble store, but if anybody really likes it and wants a shirt, let me know and I’ll upload it real quick like.
Sailor Moon R Part 2 - Things Adam Likes
This took a really long time to come together. I know that not everyone loves the Doom Tree arc, so I decided early on to make two separate posters for the second season as to give all the villains time to shine. I tried to keep it simple and really keep the focus on the tree itself, but other stuff kept creepin in. I almost didn’t put Sailor Moon on the poster at all, but it felt strange. And I couldn’t pass up a chance to put the Moonlight Knight on it, because everything about him is ridiculous and great.
I uploaded it on Redbubble and once I get back from Paranorman I shall get to work on the iphone case.
Sailor Moon Season 1 - Things Adam likes as Minimalist iPhone Cases
Oh hey, I decided to make an iphone case of the poster quicker than I anticipated, so here is an awkward second post…
Sailor Moon Season 1 - Things Adam likes as Minimalist Posters
And I also uploaded it as a print to redbubble in case anyone is in the mood to have it on their wall, or above their toilet or whatnot.
I will probably be slapping it on an iphone case later too, and then moving on to Sailor Moon R with some chibiusa action. The plan is to do each season, so we shall see where it takes me.
